About Me
I am a registered practitioner psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council and an accredited cognitive behaviour therapist with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies. I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist and Chartered Scientist with, as well as an Associate Fellow of, the British Psychological Society (BPS). I am also on the BPS's Register of Applied Psychology Practice Supervisors.
I currently work as a clinical research psychologist at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience (King’s College London), funded by the Biomedical Research Centre, and am a practitioner psychologist in HIV adult mental health at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. My main research interests are the role of metacognitions in chronic physical health conditions (particularly Parkinson’s disease) and procrastination.
